I love the quality of the seed and feeders sold here. The value is quite good compared with comparable items at other stores. I am a member and plan to keep my membership in future years.

The store is beautiful with all kinds of things that relate to bird lovers! The staff is very knowledgeable and makes suggestions for products I haven't tried before. The seed is fresh and the birds are loving it!

Such a friendly store - Merrimom St Asheville. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. Also, what is wonderful is that you foster a kitty there - thank you for supporting our furry ones as well as our feathered ones :)

The staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, interesting, helpful. The cats are always a treat. The store is well laid out with an amazing array of lovely stuff. I come in for feed but usually leave with more… Always some nice cards and giftables. The puzzles and socks are a nice addition.

Jessica was very helpful, even before I came to the store. I live 2 hours away and she had me send her photos of my concern about bluebird house and directed me to ideas in the store to solve the problem
