My Club Membership was renewed online, inadvertently at another location. Your store manager could not verify my membership at her store so I registered again with her store. Because the manager at the other location could not or would not transfer the membership, I now had purchased two memberships. In exceptional fairness, your store manager has extended the one year renewal to two years at her store. Excellent customer service.
