Highly knowledgeable and not at all pushy- felt like old friends by the time we left . He was excited about the birds we told him we had seen in our yard. This was our first big bird house purchase ever and he made it very easy to understand our options and what each choice would mean for the outcome.

The store we visit in Woburn has always been a wonderful experience both from the efficiency, knowledge and friendly helpfulness of the staff as well as having a lovely selection of high quality merchandise.

I was surprised to find birding paraphernalia that I had never seen before. Having more options for feeding songbirds and hummingbirds is exciting to me! And the people who work there are just as excited about birds as I am! It was heaven!

It's a pleasure to visit the Woburn store. Nice sales people, lots of products, and joy! When I needed to buy a freestanding bird feeder, I was offered excellent advice. It's perfect for the birds, and the squirrels are not chewing up the windowsill while trying to get to the window feeder! Last time I visited, I was given a free bag of Supermix, which I planned on purchasing to begin with! I consider the birds my outdoor pets, and don't mind indulging them with high quality products, just as I used to do with my beloved dog, who lived to be 18!
