Marie and 'Em (?) were helpful however, because I was renewing my membership, I wasn't able to apply my previously accrued bird bucks without submitting two separate orders (which would have resulted in two separate shipping charges). I ended up banking my bird bucks and placing one order. The order was packaged okay, no breakage. The gifts were a surprise and appreciated. You know how to make a person feel valued, which is a bonus in this day and age. When completing this questionnaire I was asked to comment on the quality of the products, all of which I have not yet opened/used. Overall a very good experience.

I called before the order last year and someone there helped me find birdseed options that contain no nuts for the school where I work.
