The person who helped us find the bird feeder was very helpful and readily answered all our questions.

We love this store and the folks that own it. So friendly and helpful. We don't shop for bird seed or related items anywhere else.

Everyone is very pleasant and engaging. Very knowledgeable about products and birding. I happened to ask about warranty and was pleased that you have a lifetime warranty. I love the merchandise and my birds are extremely happy!!
