Staff helpful and had what I needed

The owner is very informative and never pressures you in buying more than you need. She cares about nature and her customers and tries to make sure they know the best product for their environment and season.

I was greeted with a smile and the atmosphere of the store was like I was outdoors in the company of birds it made me feel happy and I knew I was in the right place. At the onset I was asked if I needed assistance-we clicked right away

Michelle knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable about the bear issues in area and how to coexist with them white feeding the birds.

I make sure to get all of my supplies from the Watertown, CT store even though I now live in NH because of the owner and her extensive array of merchandise. Michele is simply the best store owner I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, inspiring, and so personable. She knows her products and can make suggestions based on your needs and wants. She never tries to push certain items; she always just explains the specifics of each item and lets you make your own decision. She knows sooo much about birds that I can ask her anything and she is always able to either give me the answer right away or find the answer for me. She has truly helped make birding an enjoyable pastime for me. I can tell from interactions that I have seen her have with other customers that they feel the same way about Michele as I do! She is a gem!
