Visiting/shopping there is always a pleasing experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the merchandise there is superior. Usually a visit there is UPLIFTING, with the bird sounds in the store. Very pleasant.

Michele and staff are very knowledgeable about birds and the merchandise. Michele is also extremely knowledgeable about how to deal with bears and feed the birds at the same time.

I had never been there before, and when I entered I exclaimed at how beautiful the store looked and the arrangement of the items for sale. The owner (forgive me I forgot her name) was outstanding in helping me discover just what I needed to keep the birds in my yard happy while discouraging the bears from destroying my bird feeders. I was very pleased and will continue to shop there.
