Every experience I have at the Watertown, CT, store is wonderful. Over the years I have come to view the owner as a friend. She is always so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I need/want. I trust her suggestions implicitly. The variety of products is amazing. The store is so welcoming, bright, and cheerful. I live in NH but only shop for my birding needs at this Watertown, CT, location.
