Curbside pickup, found seed bag had a hole (mice?) but took it into store & new bag given immediately. Staff friendly but not wearing masks in store.

Prices were a little higher for seed than some other places.

I received email that my curbside order was ready. When I arrived it was as not outside and I had to call to inquire about its status. I was told person that was bringing it out was interrupted by another customer and that someone was bringing order out. I pulled up and waited several minutes and it was still not brought to curbside area. I called again to inquire about order and told them I could not go in to get it because I had 2 sleeping children with me. It was finally brought out after that.

In the past, a coupon code has popped up during the online ordering process enabling us to buy the seed for what we feel is a more reasonable price. There was no coupon code this time and were very disappointed, but we needed the seed so we purchased it at full price. We have considered joining the "Club" but do not feel it is worth the $25 annual investment to receive 15% off of products, based on what we estimate we will purchase in a year..

My bird feeder was dropped over my fence. No box or packing. Receipt taped to the feeder. Glad this wasn’t a gift

Didn’t get my full order put in car.. Had to make an extra trip back to the store to get it..

The person who helped me was very helpful but the other woman working was standoffish and appeared to not want to offer her help to me. She wasn’t pleasant at all. Maybe I didn’t look like a person that should be shopping in the store, but judging a book by its cover it’s a good thing to do when in retail sales.
