Difficult for me to access your store during the hours you are open due to my own work hours. I am aware of the ordering online & pick up service but that doesn't do much for those of us that wish to browse.

The highly limited hours are very challenging for me and make it difficult for me to shop with you right now. I do understand the current situation. I would have placed this order two weeks sooner, but just couldn’t fit it into my schedule until this past Saturday. Maybe if there was at least one day a week where you would be open later?

I am generally a big fan of my WBU store. However, there were a couple of problems with the delivery this time. I never received an email about the delivery so had no idea when my order would be here and the chipmunks had chewed the bag open and feasted on some of the sunflower seeds before I realized they had been delivered!

We really wanted to get a bird bath and were disappointed that there weren't more options available for those. It was several plastic dishes but no pedestals/posts to put them on, so we will keep looking.

Purchased a wren house that is missing the locking mechanism where the side Of the house opens to keep it from opening on its own.

I felt like a stranger at a family reunion. “Regulars” were being talked to all while I was checking out. I was simply a transaction keeping the register worker from joining the party.

I really miss the friendliness of one of your employees that has since moved on. I feel the friendliness of your current staff is not as much. One of the reasons, I started coming to your store is the fact you had enthusiastic and friendly employees. She was so helpful and I feel the current staff isn't that way as much.
