The store hours are very inconvenient closing at 4pm daily. When I mentioned this to the store employee she said that the customers know of the hours and plan accordingly. Well, this is unacceptable to plan your life around the store. They should focus on the customers needs. I don't like to order in advance and have my product "sitting" outside of the store to pick up when they are closed. This is an extra step for me, the customer. This store should be open until at least 6pm for those who work during the weekdays. I have told many people about my experience and will continue to do so and not shop there until they change their hours.

I still not have received my delivery

As a member I shopped the day before the Thanksgiving sale and owner waited on me. He should of given me the next days prices but he didn’t even mention the special discount. Very bad customer service from the owner

There was a lack of subject matter expertise. I bought an upside down suet feeder because Starlings will not feed upside down. They do. I needed wood chips for a birdhouse I received as a gift. They do not carry, except when buying a birdhouse from WB. They said using a large nail to hang a birdhouse will not hurt a tree. Upon researching that, it turns out to be false. WB does not sell a nice kit for hanging a birdhouse. The clerk had to repeatedly run to the back office to get answers to my questions so the visit took an inordinate amount of time.

Staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered

I was very satisfied. This survey misunderstood.

Needed help solving a problem. Sales person was knowledgeable and gave me options. Very happy with solution.

My husband is handicapped and the staff makes it easy for him to do pickups. Friendly and proffessional.
