Promptly greeted by 2 Golden Retrievers!! Then promptly greeted by an associate. The first thing I asked about, she knew right where to go. She then advised me of other things as I asked questions. Checkout was great. The rewards program was explained in great detail. It was just a wonderful experience.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping in the store. The employees are always extremely welcoming and friendly. I purposefully shop at the store because of the friendliness of the employees. I could shop at other feed stores, but the employees are rude and unhelpful at other stores. I will happily pay a higher price for birdseed from your store, because it’s just such a pleasant experience.
