I received a call from the store telling me that one of the cases of suet I ordered was out of stock and the caller worked with me to get a suitable replacement. Delivery was the afternoon of the same day.

Quality birdseed, ability of staff to make recommendations based on knowledge of products, very friendly and prompt service.

I was highly satisfied because the merchandise I wanted was available and it was delivered to my house within hours!

So glad my birds did not have to go without during the pandemic. The curbside pick up was so easy and was ready for pick up right away. Will be glad to do it whenever necessary.

The staff is always super nice. They know their products. The selection of merchandise is wonderful.

My call was answered right away. My request for product information was answered completely. My order was filled perfectly.

Thought the store was open. Husband called from outside and told them what he needed. Gave card payment and they brought order right out.

This was my 2nd curbside pickup and the order was ready ASAP! Very easy.

This is the first time I’ve been asked to complete a survey. Had no trouble with my two purchases on May 22. Also, no interaction with staff, but staff is always very helpful and friendly when I’ve been in store. HOWEVER... There was a significant error in my order on May 13. Ordered, among other things, 10 NO-MELT Naturally Nuts suet cakes. What I received instead were 2 NM Naturally Nuts cakes and a wrapped box of 8 regular Naturally Nuts cakes. I know to watch out for this in-store, but didn’t think to check and realized it when unpacking a few days later. It was invoice #W20020159738. I want NM cakes this time of year due to heat, so that was a disappointment—not to mention I paid extra because I was charged for NM and received regular. Found this kind of annoying.
