Employees in the store are very helpful but not in your face. Also very knowledgeable of product and what is going on with the birds in our area. I enjoy going into the store.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the seed is carried to the car. I like that they repair the feeders I purchased with no problem at all.

Staff is always welcoming - they greet me by my first name. Always helpful with questions on the right seed for my feeders. I also love that their cat and dog are there for free petting!

The merchandise is of high quality and I know I am getting well-designed feeders and high quality food. Staff all seem very knowledgeable and can answer my questions. There is a very wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I get new ideas for attracting birds from things I see in the store.
