The owners and staff of my local WBU are SO knowledgeable about their products and about birds in general.

The store has allot of merchandise, is clean and well-laid out. The staff is amazing.

I love your store. The people are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and they have always offered to help, or have helped me carry product to my car.

In the past we have had to special order the no mess no millet in advance. Then make the 6 hour round trip to refill on bird food. I was in Colorado Springs last August so decided to stock up as I know you keep the no mess no millet in stock. I was so surprised when I was told that you will ship food without having to find a shipping company and pay their rate. We delighted that our order arrived in great shape without losing a day to get it.

Service was great and also the price was right now it was in and out in a couple of minutes

The employee was very helpful in the products which help me make the right purchase and I was so happy with the store I signed up for the membership.

Ordering over phone was easy and associate was knowledgeable. My friend picked up order for me because new location is too far for me to drive. The merchandise is excellent. I always purchase from Wild Bird Unlimited and birds are happy emptying feeder very quickly.
