George Petak is really knowledgeable about birds and what food attracts certain birds. He helped us make the correct choice and with the membership program he helped us with some future savings. Also , there was an initial lady who was very friendly and helpful with what she uses. Overall, the experience was very friendly.

The staff really tried to find some seed that would deter finches, and promote more access to my favorite bird, the chickadee.

I have been shopping there for over 15 years. Happy with their transition to the new store.

Staff Was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I bought a small heated birdbath but it did not attach to my deck railing easily, my husband had to make alterations to the deck so that it would fit. It works well but honestly it is overpriced at $135 especially considering how difficult it was to attach to our deck railing. It was designed for railings with a cap and ours was about an inch and a half wide and the bolts didn’t fit.

Love the store, love the staff, love my back yard birds and want the highest quality food for them. That's what I trust I'll get at WBU!

I was greeted with a happy "WELCOME!" as soon as I entered the building. I walked around the store and saw a lovely array of merchandise, much more variety of items than I expected. I brought my bag of seed up to the counter to purchase it and had a good conversation with ReDonna about birds, feeders and keeping a fresh water supply in the cold winter months. She showed me several options from a deicer to a heated bird feeder, none of which I purchased and I didn't feel pressured to. Good information from a knowledgeable staff member. I was offered to join the rewards membership - a complete no-brainer as far as I am concerned. After my purchase ReDonna let me know about the in-store events, which I am super looking forward to and a poster of birds and a little packet of info. This was a wonderful shopping experience!

Large store with a great selection. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The only place in CS to get bird food of this quality and selection. The birds at my location really appreciate all of you!!
