EVERYONE IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I BOUGHT A NEW FEEDER AND THE STAFF ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS EASILY! I RENEWED MY CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND RECEIVED A FREE GIFT WHICH WAS APPRECIATED BY MYSELF AND MY FEATHERED FRIENDS!

Both employees were fantastic.

The cashier was extremely pleasant. Her name was Louise. She had a smile on her face, was helpful in taking the seeds out to the car, and was very careful to include my bird bucks and coupon when checking me out.

Jan L/1 is always friendly, knowledgable, courteous, remembers my name and always carries my large bags of seed to the car for me. Super gal as are many of their staff!!!

I was looking for a thistle feeder. There were several styles and colors to choose from. An assistant came to ask if I needed assistance. My questions were answered and I made a selection.

Staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. Products are placed in such a manner that it allows one to find items quickly. Enjoy the non bird feeders/food products as well.
