The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The merchandise is displayed well and the store is always clean. Along with feeders, seed and birding paraphernalia they offer an array of lovely and fun gifts for nature lovers. I also must comment that the staff membes seem happy and express a passion for all things bird. They take the time to foster conversation among customers about birds creating more enthusiasm for feeding birds and an overall pleasurable shopping experience.
