The staff are always friendly and very knowledgable. They have always been able to answer any questions I have and make excellent suggestions. I added Bark Butter Bits on a suggestion and free sample, and the birds love my feeder! I've even attracted bluebirds! I get the No-Mess Plus food, too, and it is indeed no mess.

The staff was very friend Quality and choice of merchandise was great. I carried my own purchases to my car but I was so impressed with the way the staff were helping several customers with their large and bulky packages.
