I visited to purchase some bird seed, thinking there was a sale in progress; however, it was a Customer Appreciate event and I forgot my coupon. Linda at the store quickly looked my name up in the database and applied the appropriate credit for my purchase. Additionally, she looked up the type of No Mess feed I have purchased in the past, to ensure I purchased what really wanted. Every one - every time - is very welcoming and helpful when I visit the Fort Wayne store. A great place to do business!
