WBU has a great variety of products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of products are outstanding.

Been a regular customer for several years. In the beginning when I had questions about the food, the staff was very knowledgeable. Staff is always friendly and greet everyone upon entering store and offer help. Always in a good mood and obviously like their jobs.

I love the access to all the products that are appropriate for the seasons. The staff is always friendly and helpful and have answers to any questions that I have. I commented on a change of product that they had for sale and they went on to explain the change and asked me for feed back on how my birds like it. My birds DO like it any I am happy that I tried it.

The quality of the merchandise is well above other stores in the area. The staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the varieties of products to choose from, and my daughter enjoys shopping the additional products like the crystals, yard spinners, slipper socks and other items.
