Like everything else in this democratic controlled country, the price was to high!

The prices remain too high.

I was satisfied I think the birdseed is a little high in cost.

The stores location. It is hard to get to the store - lots of traffic and construction always.

I have purchased their bird feeder and it didn’t last a year. We did not have a receipt but the purchase is on the computer and the bird feeder has the the name all over it. Could not return for a new one. The lady was very short with us. Could done a better job with explaining.

Expensive

This may be unfair, but as a long-time customer of WBU I'm disappointed that the eco feeders that I previously purchased from you have not been repaired as requested. That is not the fault of the wonderful staff in my WBU store, but rather an organization issue that needs to be addressed at headquarters. Locally, I think "my" store is simply outstanding, and I very much appreciate your products and their service. It's all too expensive by historical standards, but so are most things these days. Nevertheless, when you sell products on service warranty I expect better repair service than I'm receiving and you should improve that function in your organization.

The issue was quite simple and can probably happen at any time. I was just shorted one section of the shepherds hook/pole assembly that I purchased. No big deal! I have since stopped in and picked one up!

Seems a bit pricey.
