They are prompt, courteous and helpful. However, the pole system is not the quality it used to be and I will not purchase any more poles from any WBU.

I love the store. The people that are always there are always nice. I enjoy coming and listening to the sounds of the birds that they have played the pictures that they have on the walls just in general I love the store.
