The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. This is one of my favorite retail stores to buy merchandise from is solely because of the employees.

I had ordered a rain shield and seed tray for two feeders I already have but the order contained a different feeder that these pieces do not fit. I received a phone call from WBU to make sure that I was aware of this conflict. They did not want me to buy the wrong product. I was very impressed that they took the time to check what I was ordering rather than just throw in the box and send out even if possible it wasn't going to work once I got it. Wonderful customer care! One of the reasons I love this store and the people who work there and love the birds :) We live out of the city so I use the online delivery often but I love when we do have a chance to shop in the store!

Staff was helpful and I got a free bag of bird food for my birthday plus a free tote for Earth Day
