I have been shopping at Wild Birds for years and buy all my bird seed and other things there and have always been very satisfied.

The friendliness of the sales clerk along with their knowledge was important to me as a customer.

Ordering on line was very easy. I tried another store and their system kept rejecting the coupon code. Coupon code was accepted right away at the Ft. Wayne store. Also, had all of the items in stock that I was looking for. Shipping was very quick and everything showed up well packaged and in good condition.

The products that I was looking for were available.

I have always gotten good service from the staff and their knowledge.

Overall needs and service was as expected.

Bird seed that I use was in stock, staff carried seed and placed in vehicle. Also purchased two beautiful hand painted ornaments.

They greet me by name. Always help you out with what ever you buy. Friendly. They can answer my questions. Love the merchandise. Love the screen or the birds. If you had chairs, I would sit and bird watch.

It is a real pleasure to shop at this store. It is bright, well organized, has a wonderful selection of bird food, and all else necessary to attract them plus lots of decorative and informative products for bird lovers. The staff are all great!!
