I had been in the store a week before to drop off 2 feeders for repair. I indicated the date I would be back in town. I called to make sure feeders were done. Person answering phone wasn't helpful and had excuses why feeders weren't repaired. I gave up. Fortunately when Dena came in at 3 she noticed the feeders weren't fixed and took it upon herself to fix them immediately and call me. It was only by chance I was still in town and able to come get them. Dena gets 10 stars for helping me out. I live 3 hours away and don't get to town very often. Dena saved the day!! She's so professional and a great person!!

These people,( who I’ve never met ) really do a splendid job with everything. When I do have a concern ( usually my doing) they explain and or take care of it, right now!
