Not having to make a trip to the store

Had the feed I was looking to buy.

Staff is friendly and store is well arranged with quality merchandise, besides the bird food.

The clerk that waited on us was knowledgeable, took her time, was excited about birds in general, was not pushy, and we felt like we were the only ones there.

the employees are always so friendly and helpful! the store is always clean and now i am typing to make the meter happy.

They usually always take care of me. I called and asked for the butter bark blue feeder , but got the butter bits instead. My box had gotten into before we got home 1 big cranberry food had been opened & partially eaten by something and birds. UPS usually isn’t here that early.
