This survey does not allow those of us who stop in to order and get product. No call in for pick up option. How about our desires for input and why not ask about all the meaningless discounts rather than keeping it simple and give us time to purchase what we need rather than having to guess what specials will be next week or month? Overall disappointment on how it is being managed but staff a great and product is overpriced stopping me from buying more at store.

I have done business with this store for many years and always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Also, the quality of the feeders is excellent.

I was buying a bird feeder for my daughter-in law and had no experience whatever with birds! The woman who assisted me (I wish I would have gotten her name) walked me through the whole process and explained all the options for the feeder, the advantages and disadvantages of each one and she recommended one for a “beginner.” She was knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Makes me want to get a feeder for myself!
