great customer service, staff very attentive to your needs and very knowledgeable about the products. Even honored a past coupon since I'm from out of town and the mailings I get arrive sometimes two weeks after the sale has already happened (post offices fault, not Wild Birds).

Ordering online is clear and easy to do. The time until I was notified by text that my order was ready was much quicker than expected. As always the staff who brought me my order was cheerful and quick.

Good products, knowledgeable staff, attractive store. Would like to see a higher quality of gift items. Too much junk stuff. Why not carry local artists’ items, paintings, pottery and the like?
