Shopping at Wild Birds is ALWAYS such a fun experience! Even if I’m just there to purchase more seed, I enjoy looking around at all of your wonderful products first! I never feel rushed or pressured. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Love this store!

The birds need me to pick up curbside and the staff make this easy. I value the staff's advice eg recommending hot pepper products to deter squirrels. Couldn't do without WBU!

They had what I wanted in stock. I renewed my membership this visit and collected my free gift. The staff was courteous and helped me carry the product to my car.

I placed my order online. I thought they opened an hour earlier than they did. My order was not ready when i got there. Jan quickly filled my order, even though, I said i would come back later. It was my fault, not theirs. Great customer service!!! In the future, I will pay more attention to Covid store hours.

My questions were answered to my satisfaction. I had originally ordered online and ran into a problem. I called the store and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful in correcting my order and then getting it delivered to me. Very satisfied!

I like that whomever helps you is always knowledgeable, something you do not get in the big box stores. I also was pleased that I was able to get my feeders on sale!
