On this and other occasions, a staff member has engaged me in a very interesting conversation. The staff seem to have a genuine personal connection with their customers. That’s important to me.

Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable when I come in to shop. They always have the items I need. The staff always checks to make sure I have everything I need and reminded me to check if I had 'bird bucks' to use - I did!!!
