There is a problem with the roasted peanuts. This last batch of peanuts have not been clean like prior shipments. Our outdoor animals will not touch the these peanuts, and the birds just pick through them taking only a few. The roasting of peanuts is to kill fungi. Boiled peanuts melt with heavy due or rain. Raw peanuts can carry fungi, which can kill birds and animals. So we are now looking for another source of dry roasted peanuts. Gary

The people that work at this location are the most helpful and kind people. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they love their jobs. Give them a raise!

Julie at the Northcrest WBU was friendly and helpful. She even checked with her boss about my order, he showed her how to find the size I wanted and called me back and explained how to find what I wanted in easily understood terms. So helpful!

You business model is to hire friendly more mature staff. Probably bird lovers like my self. Your price or high enough that only people who are seriously into birds will come to this store on a regular basis. I applaud that. I feel very comfortable spending hundreds of dollars here a year. Keep up the good work!
