I shop at this store weekly. I enjoy feeding and watching the birds in my yard, and I get the supplies I need to do so. Walking into the store, I am always greeted by one of the incredibly friendly associates. I like to just wander, but when I have a question, someone is readily available to assist me. I know where to find things, but often find something new to catch my interest.

The store is always very clean, bright and well stocked. Staff is always friendly and knows their products. Hours are convenient as is the location.

I love the special offers and sales, as well as the benefits of being a club member. The only complaint I have is the amount of plastic used in the packaging. Is there anyway to reduce it?

There are always enough sales people to not have to wait for more than a few minutes. They are very knowledgeable about the products. They will also discuss alternative products to potentially solve at home feeder problems
