I love my WBU store. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I think the quality of the bird food is the highest of any other retailer online or bricks and mortar. Similarly, the bird feeders and other bird accessories are very high quality.

The staff go far beyond what one would expect with their knowledge and expertise. Not just a few but everyone I have dealt with. They seem to love what they are doing and it’s infective.

The salesman was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the product I was buying.

Good selection friendly staff

I went to get some seed but really there to fix a broken bird feeder. It was great it took them like 5 minutes to replace the tube under warranty. I greatly appreciate it.
