Wow! Went in to purchase a new feeder. Upon explaining reason that I needed a new one, Linda recommended bringing old one in to see if it could be readily repaired. It had never occurred to me! Nor did I recall its lifetime guarantee. Who knew? So I brought old one in; it was repaired and I was saved the expense if the new. Pleased and impressed that Linda took the time to inform me and was able to follow through with repair! Kudos!

They are super friendly and know everything when I have a question and they have everything I need and things I didn't know I needed. Would be nice if they had organic millet for those of us who have indoor birds. :) Thank you!
