Wild Birds Unlimited

I am a bird enthusiast and have been shopping at this store for as long as it has been open (many years). It is conveniently located near my home, and I have come to know the owners and staff members well. The store offers an excellent selection of great products, and sometimes I stop in just to see what's new. But I am a regular customer. As a result, "my" birds are well fed and happy.

I like the collection of pictures at the counter, selection of books available, numerous feeders, wind chimes , cards, parts for poles, and little gifts.

Every time I purchase something from the Rochester Hills store, I am so happy with the excellent service and knowledge of the staff. This last visit, the cylinder bird feeder I was going to buy seemed like it was damaged. I didn't realize it was damaged, but I simply asked the young man behind the counter how to operate the feeder. When he realized there was a problem, he hopped up and switched out my feeder for another one in the store. This is the second time in about 3 months that this young man has helped me with merchandise. It is a pleasure to do business at your store!

When I visit I usually work with Michael. He’s always been pleasant and knowledgeable with my questions on how to feed or store food for the birds around my house. He’s been a pleasure to work with and I will continue to shop!

Service and quality of products

Staff is always helpfully and knowledgeable about their products.

Prices are a little high on some items. But I love the Naturally Neat and the hot pepper seed variety.
