LOVE everything about these stores. I visit the Chesapeake location, too. The programs and guest appearances keep me coming back again & again. I tell all my coworkers about WBU, too.

I have been going to this store since it was opened. Some of the same employees continue to work there. When employees stay, it is always a good sign. They are animal lovers who are mindful of which birds are coming or going in our area. One employee actually remembers my name and is able to look up my account without being told. It seems like a small thing but it's not to me. The personal touch is special.
