The staff has been incredibly helpful (repeatedly). Really lovely people who have given me invaluable advice in helping to create a backyard sanctuary that is truly the joy of my life. The store itself is a delight, but due to mobility issues, I’ve had to use curbside pickup recently. I love the discount and points program, which save me money over sellers such as Amazon. So very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable staff and the quality of merchandise.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was able to find everything I needed easily. AND.... Learned that I don't have to boil my Hummer sugar water!! Yay!!!!!

Totally satisfied with everything as always. There are things I can’t purchase due to the price but do the the store. I did purchase a duet for blue bird that they do not like for some reason. I have no problem with the other ones.
