Received very personal attention

I loved the attentiveness of the staff and their willingness to support. I was looking for a particular bluebird house that has a rectangular opening and neither location (Virginia Beach or Chesapeake) had it (or had ever seen one when I showed them pictures) but because of their attention to detail and support, I purchased a bluebird house similar to the ones I own at the VB store and the pole to hang it from at the Chesapeake store. Now I pray that House Sparrows don’t infiltrate the bluebird house as they’ve done to other bluebird houses I purchased elsewhere.

I love going into the store. It has nice energy. The staff is welcoming, chatty, and of course, knowledgeable. Been going to Wild Birds Unlimited in 3 states now. Always an enjoyable time when I’m there. Bought many a gifts in there, as well. Thank You!

Knowledge of the staff in answering my questions . Friendly greeting when you first walk in. No pressure in buying stuff you really don't need. Plenty of merchandise on hand
