Quick. Store Exec answered my question right away, found the product I needed, rang me out and I was on my way. I would have loved to stay longer, but I didn’t want to hold the Exec up since they were to close in 10 minutes.

Staff is always friendly and helpful

As in always the case, the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They greet each customer as they entered the store. They made shopping a pleasure and instilled a sense that this store was our store together. They know the shoppers' bird feeding needs, any bird migrations occurring and purchase patterns for the customer feeding stations. Great staff and I always look forward to seeing them.

It is always a pleasant experience. Staff I’d friendly and knowledgeable. Luna was especially friendly.
