I’ve been a WBU customer and member for years… in Glenn Mills, PA. Moving to Cape Charles VA I continued to shop at that location when in the area and ordered online during Covid. Having recently discovered your store in Virginia Beach, I was very pleased to see that it was similar in every way — merchandise, cleanliness and friendly, knowledgeable staff — to that PA store. That says a lot about the quality of the franchise organization.

Customer service and quality of products.

Walking in was such a calming experience, I realized on my way home I needed birdseed but didn't want to run into Walmart for only that so a quick Google search led me to this lovely little store. The staff was very friendly, the store was so peaceful and instantly calming with the bird sounds playing and the nest live streams on the TV's. I love to shop local so win-win! Bonus points for also having a store kitty! Will definitely be back!

It is the only place I go to to purchase bird seed.

The staff is quite knowledgeable with the products sold in the store. Always willing to help me with my purchase taking it to my car. Extremely friendly
