The birds are drawn to the better quality of seed. The staff are so helpful and top of things. Good attitudes.

I needed ideas for a good summer blend of mess free bird food and suet. The staff was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

We have been shopping at Wild Birds for years. Trish and Brandon are very nice owners. They are knowledgeable and always helpful. Angie and Mary are also very welcoming when we visit the store at Hilltop. They are always able to give us good information. We visit the store at least once a month. 😃

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented. They make customers feel welcome. They are extremely conversant and aware of the birds in the area and as may differ from neighborhood to neighborhood. They are aware of bird migration patterns and different feeding patterns during the seasons. I always enjoy my visits to this particular WBU store.

Professional staff, quality merchandise

The personnel in the store are always very nice but professional. They really have a great deal of knowledge about all products and birds. I use their knowledge frequently when I'm in the store IE. How long to get blue birds in multiple boxes, etc.
