I had something come up when I was supposed to come pick it up so I was a few days late. Then when I got there, I couldn't find the email for my order! I was a mess. But the women in the store recognized my car from my order (placed and fulfilled 3 days prior!!) and brought it out to me. I was STUNNED and so grateful. We always have wonderful experiences with WBU and can't wait to venture back in for events and kitties!!

While I've shopped online it was my first visit to the store and I could not have been more delighted. The shop was clean, well organized and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I discovered many items that would be wonderful gifts in the future. I will definitely be returning in person.
