One of my favorite places to go. What’s not to like? Friendly, helpful staff with a knowledge of birds and their habits. Had a nice chat about Robins this time. Just a very pleasant experience - always learn something. I should add that this time, as always, I was asked if I needed help several times, but no hard sales. Just the perfect balance between being helpful without being pushy I am a bit disabled and always appreciate the help with carrying.

For this visit, we just did a quick pick up of our usual bird feed and renewed our membership. So happy to get the membership gifts! We love this store. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They help us get stuff loaded in the car. We just love seeing the "cat mascot" as well.
