I was able to get the products I wanted....the staff helped me solve a problem with my bird feeders, and suggested a solution to squirrels ability to get to my feeders.....and it is working great!

Consistent quality if the goods and services offered. Very knowledgeable about local wildlife.

My most recent visit was great as usual. I am a frequent guest at the Hilltop location and the employees go out of their way to help me pick merchandise and even load my car.

The staff was very helpful and came out on the floor to give us personal attention. The online web page was not very good. One bird feeder that we saw in the store literally moments earlier was marked not available. Doesn't help business by preventing me from buying it from the store online... Luna the cat was very friendly!!
