Staff greet you as soon as you enter store. Friendly. Give info on the latest re some types of birds and their needs. Always offer to carry the seeds and peanuts to the car.

It was fast.

I came in to buy the usual bag of bird seed. The staff was very friendly letting me know of sales and new items.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Great variety of products. Also it is always nice to see Luna the cat when I'm at the store :-)
