I was in there with a finch feeder that I had for a while It was always clogging up with food. Spoke with Brandon Lohman . He told me what to buy to mix in with the food to shake it every day especially after it rains and also said to get a cover from the rain he guaranteed it would work if not he would give me another feeder of my choice. Well it ended up working! I was back in there again last week looking for a squirrel proof feeder that Cardinals can perch on , I Saw Brandon again he recommended the best feeder . Again gave me all the information needed. He also gave me the address of a wild birds near my father in Lancaster Pennsylvania who is now going to purchase the same feeder. Thanks to him I have so much more knowledge of how to care for my many Wild birds Unlimited feeders that I have not known for years. I love the quality of your product and the fact that you guarantee it it’s worth the money that is spent and I enjoy shopping in your shop and knowing that I will get the right information every time from very pleasant people.And better yet the beauty of the birds at the feeder’s in my backyard thank you
