It’s simply beautiful. I especially love the live view of the birds on a tv screen! Birds are a wonderful way to relax!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the products are excellent, and I appreciated the sale on bird food. Staff helped me take the bags of seed to my car, which I really appreciated since I have an elbow injury at the moment. Staff were all wearing masks, which was great.

Consistently over the years we have shopped at the Hilltop store we have been completely satisfied. Of course, the merchandise - food, equipment, accessories for wildlife or humans - is first rate and attractively displayed. But what makes shopping at WBU a pleasure is the staff. Every member we have encountered is friendly, helpful, and informed. Luna is the icing on the cake. Looking forward to our next visit.
