Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. The only thing that I noticed in this new location is that it doesn't seem as open (space) from front door to back counter. Like, I heard someone greet me, but I couldn't see anyone until I got to the back of store.

Store is very clean with room to look around and not feel crowded. In looking around I found a cute gift for a friend . Since March, this is the only store I have shopped in and actually looked at anything other than what I went in to purchase.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the products is very good. I also like the variety of gift items in addition to the practical feed related items.
