The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I called on the phone for advice before I went to the store. Then when I got to the store, Kathy answered all of my questions and concerns. Kathy even bolted the bracket to my bluebird nesting boxes for me. She explained how to work the pole to mount the bluebird houses. Then she even carried the poles out of the store for me.

They advised the best bird feed for an existing feeder I have that would deter possums, and helped me pick out a new bird feeder. They also had information on native plants.

The staff always greets me with a smile and always lets me know what is new in the store. They also let me know about store promos and any new bird activity in our area.

The knowledge and service the staff provides

We love the different kinds of food available for so many different birds. They also have many well made feeders. Also different foods for different seasons. The knowledge of the staff is greatly helpful. We have also attended several seminars to learn about attracting birds( we now have blue birds feeding in our yard and looking at our box!) wild birds is our go to for all things birds,

I needed a gift and was running late. The store was closing, but they let me in and helped me find great gifts. They didn’t rush me and even gift bagged my gifts.

I have been using this store for about a decade. I have never had a bad experience nor have I ever had indifferent service. Right now I am engaged in the Cornell Univ. Feeder Watch as many in the area are doing. And I need seed and suet and feeders and good info. It is great fun to watch birds and use the tools from Cornell Univ. Today, the nijer feeder (WBU), the newest feeder, was hosting three American Goldfinches and it had been hanging for just about a week. Oh, and the orange half I put out yesterday has a good size piece gone. So. WBU gets my thanks.

Angie and Ella provided expert and friendly service. It is always a joy to come to this store.

I was quickly acknowledged when I entered the store. I knew what I was looking for but Kathy helped me find something more interesting. I love the beauty of this store.

We were having trouble finding the things we came in for. Kathy was so helpful and didn’t laugh at us for not noticing they were right in front of our face the whole time. She was so friendly and helpful and knew all about what were trying to find!
